The Cumberland County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the Circuit Courtroom of the Cumberland County Courthouse to conduct a public hearing, which such hearing may be continued or adjourned, as required under applicable law, and consider amendment to the Cumberland County Code amending Section 18-40 to increase the minimum gross receipts requiring the filing for a business license from $3,000 to $10,000.

A full text of the proposed ordinance is available for inspection and examination in the County Administrator's office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The public is invited to appear and present their views.
