Benjamin “Roy” Knighton III passed away on May 2 at age 85. He is survived by his sons, Scott and Troy Knighton. A remembrance will be held on Saturday, June 14 at 3 p.m., Arvonia Methodist Church, 229 Arvon Road, Arvonia. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Historic Buckingham, P.O. Box 152, Buckingham, VA 23921.
