Melvin Arthur Bowen Sr., 66 of Petersburg, formerly of Prince Edward County, passed away April 4. Funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12, 11 a.m., at Chapel of Bland-Reid Funeral Home. Interment was in the Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Pamplin. Bland-Reid Funeral Home of Farmville.
