Carrie E. Phelps, 87 of Farmville, passed away on March 10. She was married to Milton Arnold Phelps and is the mother of Terry Lynn and Dave Lonsway of Michigan, Mike Phelps of Virginia, Ruth Ann and Richard O’Dell of Virginia and Christine K. Phelps of Michigan. She also had many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
