With hearts filled with sorrow, we announce that Dana Andrew Mahan heard the call of the angels and journeyed home to be with his Lord and Savior on Jan. 2.
Dana leaves behind cherished memories with his loving mother, Verna Jefferson (Mahan); his devoted father, Cecil Mahan; his sister, Alicia Mahan-Motz; his brother, Duane Mahan; four nieces, three nephews, numerous cousins, and a host of dear friends.
A public visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 10, at the Marian Gray Thomas Funeral Home in Cumberland, from 12 to 6 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, Jan. 11, at 12 p.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 1183 Cartersville Road, Cartersville, with Rev. Clifford Temple Jr. as the Eulogist.
