On Tuesday, Nov. 12, Farmville’s 911 Center received a report of shots being fired in the area of Parkview Gardens Apartments. No one was injured in the incident, which took place around 10:38 p.m., but the suspects escaped before police could arrive. As the investigation continues, Farmville police are asking for help to identify those suspected shooters.

Once officers arrived on scene, they discovered and collected a number of cartridge casings. They also interviewed witnesses and reviewed video footage from the area, isolating two people as suspects in the incident. The identities and current locations of both individuals remain unknown. As a result, police officials are asking residents to take a look at the photo below and see if they know either of the people shown. If so, Farmville Police Chief Andy Ellington asks residents to get in touch with the department.

“We are working diligently to bring these individuals to justice, and our community is our greatest asset in achieving that goal,” Ellington said. If you have any information on the two individuals in this photo, please contact us immediately. Together, we can keep our community safe and secure for everyone.”
