Gladys Marie Dean, 85 of Farmville, passed away Oct. 14. Funeral service was held on Sunday, Oct. 20, 2 p.m, at Oak Hill Baptist Church, Buckingham. Interment was in the church cemetery. Reid’s Funeral Home of Dillwyn served the family.

Thelma Woodson Marshall, 76 of Cumberland, passed away Oct. 14. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2 p.m., at Mt. Nebo Baptist Church, Dillwyn. Interment was in the church cemetery. Bland-Reid Funeral Home of Farmville served the family.

Isabelle Mosley Johnson, 101 of Buckingham, passed away Oct. 14. Funeral service was held on Monday, Oct. 21, 1 p.m., at Warminster Baptist Church, Buckingham. Interment was in the church cemetery. Reid’s Funeral Home of Dillwyn served the family.

Deacon Ernest Jackson, 92 of Arvonia, passed away Oct. 15. Funeral service was held on Tuesday, Oct. 22, noon, at Spreading Oak Baptist Church, Arvonia. Interment was in the church cemetery. Reid’s Funeral Home of Dillwyn served the family.
