Bonnie Lou (Wooten) Christian passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 18, surrounded by family and friends. She was a dearly loved and deeply devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ann Parrott Wooten and father, Shirley Lightfoot Wooten and daughter, Frances Anne Christian.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years. Jackie Arnold Christian; her sons and daughters-in-law, Jackie “Jay” Arnold Christian Jr. and Dawn Christian and Bernard “Bernie” Lee Christian III and Melissa Christian and grandsons, Jackie “Trip” Arnold Christian III, Dalton Elliot Christian, Hunter Wayne Christian and Blake Logan Christian, whom she cherished. And also by her dearly loved friends Albert and Linda Doss.

A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, July 26, at Concord Baptist Church in Farmville at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Concord Baptist Church Cemetery Fund. Puckett Funeral Home is serving the family. www.puckettfh.com.
