Sydnor Lee Johnson, 100 of Madison Heights, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, at his home. He was born in Campbell County on April 16, 1924, son of the late Richard A. Johnson and the late Lou G. Johnson. Syd was a retired farmer who had farmed his entire life.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Arlene B. Johnson.

The family received friends from 3 – 5 p.m., on Sunday, May 19, at Whitten Monelison Chapel. A graveside service was held at 1 p.m. on Monday, May 20 at Prospect Cemetery in Prospect.
