No Limit wins Farmville Adult Basketball League

The No Limit team took the title this month, as the Farmville Adult Basketball League wrapped up its season. The defending champs made it two in a row, now looking to try and pull off a three-peat next season.
In addition to No Limit, there were 11 other teams. They included No Label, Underground, Jailbreakers, Baskethoopers, Most Wanted, Dream Team, Freedom Hoopers, Hoop Junkies, Hittas, PE Flock and Green Beans.
Teams played a 6-game season on Mondays and Wednesdays starting on March 20. There were three games a night, led by referees De’Von Shearn and Sam Booker, along with scorekeepers Lakyra Batee and J’Quan Rose.
The tournament ran April 29 to May 4, including a Three-Point Contest, Skills Challenge, and Awards Ceremony. The Three-Point Contest champion was DaSean Shearn from Hoop Junkies, the Skills Challenge Champion was Kendall Johnson from Jailbreakers, League Best Defensive Player was Matteo Lockett from Underground, and League MVP was Ralph Branch, III from No Label. The week concluded with the League Championship Game and trophy presentation for the winners and runners-up.
