Seeds and spring sowing are under consideration at the Central Virginia Regional Library in Dillwyn. Working to organize and update the seeds in the Library’s seed bank are, from left, Suzanne Vandegrift, president of the Buckingham-Dillwyn Garden Club; Grace Barlow, Library Manager and Jackie Fairbarns, vice president of the Heart of Virginia Master Gardeners Association.

The library’s collection of heirloom and hybrid vegetable and flower seeds will soon be available for “loan.” Growers are asked to save some seeds from their plants and return them to the Library for next year’s planting.
