Thomas O’Neil Spencer, 39 of Buckingham, passed away May 13. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 21, at 2 p.m., at St. Joy Baptist Church, Gladstone. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Reid’s Funeral Home of Dillwyn is serving the family.
