James Arness Foster, 46 of Rice, passed away Jan. 29. Funeral service was held on Saturday, Feb. 4, at noon, at the Oliver and Eggleston Chapel. Interment was in the Trinity Memorial Gardens, Rice. Oliver and Eggleston Funeral Establishment served the family.
