Melvin Elwood Mays, 75 of Charlottesville, passed away Sept. 21. Funeral service will be on Friday, Sept. 30, at 2 p.m., at the Chapel of Reid’s Funeral Home. Reid’s Funeral Home of Dillwyn is serving the family.
