Four injured in Buckingham crash

The Virginia State Police is investigating a Saturday, July 18, crash that sent four people to nearby hospitals.

Corinne Geller, public information director for the Virginia State Police, said the crash occurred on Route 60 near Scotts Bottom Road in Buckingham County at 11:18 a.m. Saturday, July 18.

Two individuals were transported to a nearby hospital by ambulance while two other victims were flown to the hospital by helicopter for treatment of serious injuries.

Geller said the crash remains under investigation and charges are pending.
