The Cumberland Volunteer Fire Department  (CVFD) responded Monday, May 18, at approximately 12:24 p.m. to Columbia Road, in the area of Morningside Road, for a single vehicle accident.

Upon arrival, crews found a pickup truck laying on the side of the road.

According to CVFD officials, the driver was out of the vehicle and had only sustained minor injuries as a result of the accident. Units remained on scene for just over an hour until the truck was removed.
