Susan L. Hubbard of Green Bay, Virginia died peacefully at her home on February 29, 2020. She was preceded in death by her father Lawrence E. Hubbard aka “Hawk.”

Susan is survived by her Mother Betty J. Hubbard, her loving partner Wayne Alley, her brother Larry J. Hubbard, her daughter Tabatha Kitchen and husband Mickey and her two grandchildren Cody and Dylan Kitchen, her adopted brother Scott Thorne and her adopted sister’s Patty Daum aka “Patty cakes,” Helen Earnshaw, also many special family members and friends.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 7, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at
Hammer-Mcmillian Funeral Home, 1400 South Main Street, Blackstone, VA.
A celebration of life reception will follow. The buffet will be provided at Mitchell’s Restaurant, 403 N. Main Street, Blackstone, VA.
