Members of the Kappa Rho Omega Chapter and Lambda Delta Chapter (Longwood University) of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. recently assisted with the construction of the Habitat for Humanity project, the Bird House, in Pamplin.
This Habitat for Humanity project was in conjunction with Martin Luther King, Jr. International Day of Service. The project celebrates Martin Luther King, Jr. ‘s memory and vision by engaging in community service.
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. is a community service organization whose motto is “Service to all Mankind”.
