Learn about the construction and history of both the original High Bridge and the 1914 steel High Bridge, and how they shaped the surrounding communities of yesteryear and how they continue to do so today. The hike will cover about 1 mile, and some places will have uneven ground, so wear comfortable closed toe shoes with good traction. Having water is a good idea; the conditions can be hot and humid.
