The Cumberland County Christmas Parade will be held Dec. 8 at 2 p.m. All churches, organizations, county officials, school organizations and individuals are welcome to participate. The theme this year is “Cumberland County — Caring and Sharing.” Applications may be picked up at Cumberland NAPA from Kevin Ingle, in the entrance way of the county office building, at the Cumberland County Visitor’s Center and Museum or by email or mail.
