Rochette’s Florist held a 50th anniversary open house Sunday from noon-4 p.m. that drew a steady stream of people from the community who wanted to offer their congratulations to Rochette “Rochie” Allen on the remarkable milestone. Those who stopped by enjoyed a warm welcome from Allen and her staff, celebratory cake, strong shopping opportunities, good fellowship and more.
