Cumberland County Public Schools Foundation, Inc. recently announced the 2019 scholarship awards. A Cumberland Clothes Closet scholarship in the amount of $1,000 was awarded to Gloria Tuttle. Tuttle plans to attend Emory & Henry College. Currently, she has not chosen a major. Her GPA is 4.0.
