Cumberland County Public Schools Foundation, Inc. recently announced the 2019 scholarship awards. According to a news release, the Foundation awarded 39 scholarships to 25 students (7 college students and 18 high school students) a total of $33,650 — its highest total ever. Receiving a Juanita Urban Memorial scholarship and a William and Ada Sanderson Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $2,750 is Tyler Kingsley. He plans to attend John Tyler Community College then Virginia Commonwealth University. His major is photography. Kingsley has a GPA of 4.0.
