The Prince Edward-Farmville Youth Assocation (PEFYA) is fielding all-star teams in five age divisions this year, and four of them will be active this weekend in Dixie Softball district tournaments. On Friday, the Angels tournament begins in South Hill, while the Ponytails and Darlings tournaments begin in Clarksville. The Belles tournament commences Sunday in South Hill. The 2019 Dixie Softball Debs State Tournament will begin July 19 in Rustburg. PEFYA’s Debs squad will look to defend its state championship.
