Since ancient times, the bow and arrow has been one of human beings’ most important tools for survival and recreation. Starting at 2 p.m. on Monday afternoons through Labor Day weekend, Bear Creek Lake State Park will offer Archery Games. The Archery Games program focuses on family fun competition using a bow and arrow. There will be a brief instructional followed by games including tic-tac-toe and more. All equipment will be provided. A maximum of 10 participants may register for the program. Minimum age is 8-yearsold. For more event information call (804) 492-4410.
