Raiders formal banquet held

Every year, Buckingham County Raiders come together, not only as a team, but more importantly as a family. Raiders along with guests and parents joined together to celebrate their 2018-2019 school year accomplishments. This year witnessed many accomplishments that included:
• Overall 2018-2019 Raider season record: 11-1
• Nov. 3: Fourth at Raider Nationals, Molena, Georgia.
• Nov. 4: Tyler Moore, Male Ultimate Raider winner for Raider Nationals.
• Dec. 1: Air Rifle Team placed an overall third place at George Wythe High School, Richmond.
• April 11: Received 99.5 on the Junior ROTC Program of Accreditation or JPA Inspection.
• April 16: Male Division 4th Brigade Best of the Best Raider Champions.
• Four cadets enlisted in the U.S. Army — DaQuan Tindall, Jaycee Call, Nathan Price and Alyssa Gentry.
• One cadet accepted to Christopher Newport University — Joshua Meek.
• One cadet accepted to Mary Baldwin University — Bryan Hatcher.
