Burgess receives CVA Best of Show honor

Richard McClintock, representing Central Virginia Arts (CVA), presents Ursula Burgess with the 2019 CVA Best of Show Award for her painting, “Peacock,” during the Heart of Virginia Festival on Saturday. Not only does CVA present the Best of Show Award each year, it also hosts a lovely reception for the artists after the show at Red Door 104.
