Time to end it

Mueller says the president is not guilty but guilty. How can it be that an investigation into a president and his entire campaign team looking to find something illegal and finding nothing doesn’t exonerate the individuals being investigated? Comey said that Hillary Clinton committed a crime – “gross negligence” – mishandling classified information. Then without taking a breath, he exonerated her (guilty, but not guilty). Sounds like Mueller and Comey drink the same tea. Either there has been a crime, or not!

The American people deserve, in fact, demand, a conclusion. The Special Investigator has the obligation to either indict or exonerate. Beyond that, it becomes political. Mueller disappoints all of us leaving the door open for those who oppose this President to continue rambling through waste, spending valuable – and scarce – time and resources, trying to make a case that after two years, couldn’t be made with all the focus and resources already spent trying. It’s time to move on. And if our Senators Kaine and Warner together with our Congressional Representatives lack the conscious and intelligence to know it, perhaps it’s time for them to move out.
