The Prince Edward County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a suspect believed to have robbed the County Line Market at the 2000 block of Prince Edward Highway on Route 460 Wednesday, April 17.

According to Sheriff Wesley Reed in a news release, the owner of County Line Market called the Prince Edward County Sheriff’s Office upon receiving a burglar alarm call.

After an investigation, police said a suspect entered the business in the early hours of the morning and got away with an undetermined amount of money. No one was injured.

The investigation is still ongoing, according to the release.
