Natural pHuel is a space dedicated to how we feed ourselves – spirit, mind and body. “Our health is in our hands is the mission and vision,” of Natural pHuel a press release stated. On Saturday, April 20, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., rain or shine, Natural pHuel will host an Earth Day Open House.
The event will include demos from Danielle of Farmville Yoga, Kidding Around Yoga with Bekki, Melanie Anderson with Qigong, Lonnie Calhoun of the Prince Edward County Literacy Council with Tai Chi, Allison Crews with Jin Shin Jyutsu. Others hosts will include JJ Eisfelder with Farmville Clay for Kids and Carlie Copal of Well-Rounded Woman Care. Meet Tony Curtis of Doc’s Pharmacy with his microgreens and samples from Elim Springs Farm and its local raw milk that is delivered on Mondays to Natural pHuel. Learn about the Local Roots Food Co-op, an online farmers market, with delivery on Thursdays. There will be opportunities to participate in group meditations with mindful breathing for the planet, to dance, to enjoy good company and to grow more wellness for yourself and the community. They will also welcome the Virginia Children’s Book Festival and their READCart to share a reading opportunity for all.
