A person of interest is being pursued after being seen near Longwood University’s campus, according to Longwood officials.

Longwood officials said in an alert Monday evening that Longwood University Police Department is seeking Malcolm Deon Leviege.

The alert cited that Leviege has been seen near campus in recent weeks and “has made threatening remarks to students.”

Leviege, according to the alert, drives a 2013 white Cadillac XTS with the tag VZL-5025.

“Police do not believe Leviege is still in the area, but if you see him or his vehicle, please notify LUPD immediately at (434) 395-2091,” the alert cited.
