The citizens of the Prospect community along with the Prince Edward County Sheriff’s Department will hold a meeting Wednesday to start a Neighbor Watch Program. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Crossroads Community Center located on Sulphur Spring Road, Prospect, across from Hendricks Store. All area citizens are encouraged to attend.
