Cumberland County Treasurer, L.O. “Lee” Pfeiffer, Jr. was recently recognized by the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada (APT US&C) for his service as President of the Treasurers’ Association of Virginia for the 2017-18 term.

APT US&C is a national organization that provides treasury management education, training, and professional certification for public treasury and finance officials in the United States and Canada.

Pfeiffer has served as Treasurer of Cumberland County since 1996. He was President of the Treasurers’ Association of Virginia from June 2017 to June 2018.
