All federal offices, including the U.S. Postal Service, are closed Wednesday for an official day of mourning for former-president George H.W. Bush, thus there will be no delivery of The Farmville Herald to subscribers via the mail. Single copies of the Wednesday edition will be delivered as normal to racks and stores.
