Antwan Monroe, Cumberland County resident and employee of Cumberland County, won a second place trophy in the VDOT’s 2018 Rodeo Competition for the tandem dump truck course for his district. Antwan went up against 400 employees maneuvering through cones, golf balls and other obstacles, backward and forward with speed and without contact. This victory qualifies him to compete in the state competition which will be held May 22. Antwan is the son of Dianne Monroe and Curtis James of Cumberland County.
