Celebrating Garden Club

The Buckingham-Dillwyn Garden Club celebrated its 85th anniversary this year, and received a resolution from the Buckingham County Board of Supervisors commending the club for its long-standing service to the county. The club, formed in 1932, has made extensive impact on organizations ranging from youth-centered programs like 4-H to retirement home residents. The club also established and maintains the Blue Star Memorial at Lee Wayside. We commend the Buckingham-Dillwyn Garden Club for commitment to environmental and community-centered activities.
