Buckingham varsity boys soccer team

The 2018 season came to a close for the 11th-seeded Buckingham County High School varsity boys soccer team last week in the first round of the Region 2C tournament, but it was a season of overall growth for the team. The Knights were eliminated Thursday with a 5-1 loss to host No. 6 James River High School, of Buchanan, but they finished 4-9-1 this year after going 1-14-1 in 2017.
