In anticipation of Valentine’s Day, the Longwood Center for the Visual Arts (LCVA) hosted the 2018 Art to Your Heart’s Content Free Family Workshop on Saturday, drawing a large group of families. Children, some with ornately-painted faces, lined tables, working on crafts with help from parents and volunteers. Some were still in the process of having paint artfully applied to their faces. Others took advantage of the event’s reading corner. Valentine-themed art was posted all along the walls.
