New officers introduced

FARMVILLE — Farmville Police Chief A.Q. “Andy” Ellington introduced two new police officers at the Jan. 9 Farmville Town Council meeting.
According to Ellington, Officer Rachel Meek is a 2017 graduate of Ferrum College.
“She majored in criminal justice with emphasis on applied criminology and she resides in Buckingham County with her mother and 
father,” Ellington said.

He said Officer Dalton Foley is a 2017 graduate of Longwood University who majored in criminal justice.
