Cumberland Community Church located 1542 Anderson Highway across from Cumberland County Library cordially invites you to attend Sunday morning worship service each and every Sunday morning from 10-11 a.m.

The regular monthly meeting of the Cumberland County Board of Supervisors is held each second Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Circuit Court Room unless otherwise announced.

Due to the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday the Cumberland County Community Food Bank partnering with The Central Virginia Food Bank, A FeedMore Program of Richmond, will be distributing food to Cumberland County residents on Monday from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., or until all food is gone, located at the old Cumberland County Elementary School Cafeteria next door to the gym located 1874 Anderson Highway. You must have already registered to get food or you must see Director Jerry Seal.

The Buckingham County Christian Fellowship Association a non-profit organization will be entering its 30th year as a group all members and prospective members were cordially invited to attend and bring a covered dish for lunch for their kick off meeting on Saturday, Jan. 13, but due to sickness the meeting has been postponed to Saturday, Jan. 20 at 1 p.m. at the Welcome Wesleyan Church located at 26565 North James Madison Highway in New Canton.
