Robert Harper, Virginia Farm Bureau Grain Manager, was the January speaker giving a program on “How Global Political Situations Affect Virginia and Cartersville Farmers” illustrating the scale of growing and exports of grain in the state of Virginia at the January meeting of the Cartersville Garden Club.
