Bird watching can be a wonderful excuse to get outside and explore your local parks. Like a never-ending scavenger hunt, bird watching is an adventure that can take you to amazing places. Join Twin Lakes State Park to start your birding adventure, or to continue it, as we take a hike around the Goodwin Lake Trail in search of these beautiful creatures. The event will be held Sunday from 10-11 a.m. The program is appropriate for all ages and skill levels. We recommend that you bring your hiking boots, binoculars, and your favorite field guide for this one mile hike. Please meet at the small amphitheater near the concession stand.
