New elementary teachers attend institute

New Cumberland County Elementary School teachers took part in a New Teacher Institute from July 31-Aug. 1 where they received an introduction to Cumberland County Public Schools, had an opportunity to view their classrooms and meet with their administrators, were issued laptops, were given an overview of technology resources, were assigned mentors and were taken on a tour of the county. New teachers also participated in the Opening of School Mini Conference on Aug. 3.
