Mr. Rufus Cleoths Palmer, 63 of Rice, Va., passed away Oct. 3, 2017. Services were held Tuesday Oct. 10, 2017 at Macedonia Baptist Church, Rice, with interment in the church cemetery. Bland-Reid Funeral Home served the family.
