Prince Edward youth football teams, organized by the Farmville Recreation Department, have combined for eight wins so far during the 2017 season.

The Flag team and Minors squad are off to winning starts as each holds a record of 3-2.

The junior varsity squad is 2-3 and will be looking to get to .500 on Saturday when Prince Edward hosts Buckingham at Prince Edward County High School.

Games will begin at 3 p.m. with the Flag squad playing first.
