A Green Bay man was sentenced on child sex charges in Cumberland County Circuit Court on Sept. 5.
According to Cumberland County Commonwealth’s Attorney Pat Scales, Gary Little was found guilty of the charges in June.
Little was found guilty on an aggravated sexual charge with a victim age 13 or younger, to which he was sentenced 20 years in jail with seven years and four months suspended; forcible sodomy with a victim 13 years or younger, to which he was sentenced 20 years in jail with 20 years suspended; indecent liberties with a child 15 years old or younger, to which he was sentenced five years in jail with five years suspended; and indecent act with child by parent, for which he was sentenced to 10 years in jail with 10 years suspended.
Scales said Little will serve an active sentence of 12 years and six months in jail, which is consistent with state sentencing guidelines.
“The original charge occurred while he was living –— when the victim and her family were living — in Cumberland back in 2010,” Scales said. “The allegation wasn’t made known to authorities until late 2016.”
Scales said three years of Little’s active sentence will run concurrently with a sentence Little received in Lunenburg County for aggravated sexual battery with a victim 13 years or younger.
Little was arrested on the Cumberland charges April 27.
