The Buckingham Dillwyn Garden Club held its first meeting of the new term in September at the Buckingham Art Center. According to a press release, Co-President Barbara Wheeler opened the meeting at 10 a.m.
“Members and guests were welcomed. The club discussed many plans and objectives for the next meetings,” officials said in the release. “After the business meeting, refreshments were served.”
The release cited Wheeler introduced Jonathan Fitzgerald, owner of Special Touches at Sprouse’s Corner in Dillwyn.
