The Honorable and Mrs. Marvin H. Dunkum, Jr. are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Mackenzie Anne Dunkum to D. Brett Gormus all of Dillwyn. Mr. Gormus is the son of Mr. and Mrs. H.G. Wharam, Jr. of Dillwyn and Mr. and Mrs. Donald A. Gormus of Buckingham. The bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. Anne Lightfoot and the late Edward B. Lightfoot, Sr., “Greggie” of New Canton, VA and Mr. and Mrs. Marvin H. Dunkum, Sr. of Dillwyn. The couple will marry on October 14, 2017.
