The Rev. Franklin Roosevelt Royster will speak at the 11:45 a.m. morning worship service at New Bethel Baptist Church, Meherrin, on Sunday. Royster is the pastor and CEO of Heirs of the Living Water, LLC and

associate minister at New Bethel Baptist Church. According to a press release, he was the former officiating minister of Race Street Baptist and former assistant pastor of St. Douglas Baptist.
Royster is a graduate of Evan-Smith Leadership Institute.
