The hard work and dedication by parishioners at White Hall United Methodist Church on Main Street in Dillwyn to spruce up and improve their church has paid off. The Buckingham Chamber of Commerce recently presented its Community Pride Award to the church for the stellar exterior and interior improvements that have been made, including new plants, fresh mulch, a newly-built office for the church’s pastor, the Rev. Billy Swann, lots of painting, installation of new railings, window washing and many repairs. We commend the church and its members for their hard work, which surely has paid off.
